As the Founder and CEO of Many Hands, Tim Brand leads a global movement dedicated to the belief that transformation happens when people choose to be Love in Action in a broken world. Over the last decade, he has transitioned Many Hands from a grassroots start-up into a high-impact international non-profit with a $9.0 million annual operating budget. Operating across Haiti and The Bahamas, his strategy moves beyond traditional relief. Tim focuses on building the relational and physical infrastructure required for communities to shift from dependency to dignity. Today, these programs touch over 25,000 lives annually. Tim centers his daily work on professionalizing this passion by ensuring radical financial integrity, developing resilient five-year strategic plans, and fostering the exact partnerships necessary to solve complex problems in volatile environments. Under his guidance in 2026, the organization is actively pursuing the audacious goal of delivering over 5 million meals to communities facing catastrophic hunger. Known as a giver and a doer, Tim believes that God uses imperfect people and strategic discipline to bring shalom to chaos. Whether he is leading an Impact trip on the ground, overseeing a multi-million dollar construction project, or developing the Board of Directors, his ultimate mission remains unchanged: to restore what is broken and prove that no place and no person is a lost cause.
