We hold ourselves to the highest levels of integrity and accountability, ensuring that your data is protected with the same diligence we apply to our programs in Haiti and Abaco.

Your trust is our most valuable asset. Many Hands will not sell, share, or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor will we send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. This policy applies to all information received by Many Hands, both online and offline, across all our platforms (wearemanyhands.org and manyhandsthrift.com), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

To keep you connected to the tangible impact of your generosity, we collect information through the following secure systems:

Donor Records (Bloomerang): We use Bloomerang to manage donor information, gift history, and tax receipting. This allows us to be good stewards of our records and ensure you receive accurate information regarding your contributions.
Payment Processing (Stripe): For online donations and transactions, we utilize Stripe, a leader in global payment processing. Stripe handles your credit card information through secure, encrypted channels. Many Hands does not store your full credit card number on our internal servers.
Communications (Mailchimp): To share stories of transformation from our six focus areas—Agriculture, Education, Safe Structures, Health Assistance, Economic Opportunity, and Life Development—we use Mailchimp to manage our email newsletters and updates.

PCI Compliance: By using Stripe, we adhere to the strictest industry standards for payment security.
Encryption: Our websites use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your data during transmission.
Internal Controls: Access to sensitive donor data is restricted to authorized staff members who require it to perform their roles. We regularly review our digital security protocols to guard against unauthorized access.
